1) Book Your Appointment
• Schedule directly through my website by choosing your service, and completing the short form.
• If you need assistance or have any questions, please note that I manage all communication exclusively by text. I’m available 24 hours a day, allowing us to discuss every detail thoroughly and ensure you have all the information you need.
2) Prepare Your ID
Bring a valid photo ID: Make sure it’s current and not damaged. For online notarization, keep your ID ready to show on camera.
What you should know:
✔️ Accepted IDs:
• U.S. Driver’s License
• U.S. State ID
• U.S. Passport
• Foreign Passport (must be valid and include a photo + signature)
• Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
• U.S. Military ID
• Inmate ID
❌ IDs NOT accepted:
• Social Security Card
• Birth Certificate
• School / Student ID
• Work / Employee ID
• Costco, Sam’s Club, or store membership cards
• Bank cards / debit / credit cards
• Photo copies or screenshots of IDs
• Expired IDs older than 5 years
• IDs without a photo
• IDs without a signature
3) Join Your Online Meeting or Visit In-Person
Online: Use the secure video link I send you from the approved platform. Join a few minutes early to test your camera and microphone.
In-Person: Arrive at the agreed‑upon location at the scheduled time.
Mobile: I travel to you.
I will verify your identity, see your document, and confirm you are signing willingly.
4) Sign • Verify • Notarize
Sign: You sign the document in my presence (online or in person).
Verify: I check your ID and confirm your willingness and awareness.
Notarize: I complete the notarial certificate and apply the seal (digital or physical).
Once finished, you’ll receive your notarized document (digital or paper).
IMPORTANT: I do NOT explain or interpret documents. I verify identity and witness signatures only, as required by Florida law.
